3 Days Gorilla Trekking Bwindi Forest

Day 1: Kampala – Bwindi

Our driver guide will meet with you and brief you before you set off to the south western part of Uganda. On your way, you will have a stopover at the Uganda Equator for some souvenir shopping and get a chance to take photos at the Equator and later on proceed to Mbarara for a lunch pass through the beautiful hills that will give you a beautiful scenery for photography.

 

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking

After breakfast, you will head out to the briefing center for briefing before heading out for the great trek in the beautiful rain forest and Bamboo slopes, trek might last a full day or even half day. On sighting the gorillas, the guide will guide you at what he does best as he interprets the flora and fauna. Gorilla trekking is unpredictable, you cannot be precise on when you will see the gorillas, it takes about 2 to 8 hours on some days. Head back to your lodge for a quick refreshment, dinner and overnight at your lodge.

 

Day3:Drive to Entebbe – Departure

After early morning breakfast, you will return to Kampala, driving through the a thousand hills of milk, honey and hospitable men and women cultivating their fields. This is evidenced by long horned cattle and banana plantations, before being dropped off at the airport for your flight back home.
